Creative Direction, Campaign Imagery, Website UX, and Paid Ads Creative

Over a three-year period, I led creative direction and photography for Truly Beauty during its most significant growth phase, supporting the brand’s expansion from $2M to $80M in annual revenue. My role spanned international campaign production, high-volume paid ad creative, and launch-driven content systems designed to scale rapidly while maintaining a cohesive, recognisable brand identity.

International Campaign Production

Truly Beauty’s growth was supported by continuous international campaign production across Italy, Miami, New York, Los Angeles, and London, often under extremely tight timelines. These shoots routinely supported multiple product launches at once, requiring rapid creative development without sacrificing brand consistency. I led creative direction and production across locations, managing casting, styling, and execution while delivering high-volume asset libraries built for launches, paid media, and ongoing use. Despite compressed schedules, each campaign maintained a clear visual system that allowed dozens of SKUs to launch simultaneously with cohesion. The ability to execute at this scale — repeatedly — became a core part of how the brand sustained momentum. High production value, speed, and consistency were never treated as trade-offs.

Paid Ads & Performance Creative

Paid media played a central role in Truly’s growth, and I was responsible for all paid ad creative throughout this period. On average, I produced approximately 20 new ads per week, sustaining this output consistently over three years. Several creative concepts delivered 7–10x ROAS, sustained over three to six month periods, supporting aggressive scaling across key growth phases. While platform conditions were different at the time, performance was driven by strong creative fundamentals, clear product storytelling, and disciplined testing at volume.

Launches & Ongoing Creative Systems

Across three years, I supported 150+ product launches, developing campaign imagery, social assets, and performance-driven creative designed to work across ads, launch moments, and ongoing acquisition. Rather than one-off campaigns, the focus was on building repeatable creative systems that could evolve alongside the brand’s pace of growth.
